The HR Support Assistant will support the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers and team members across the organisation. This role helps ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organised recruitment process, contributing to strong team capacity and the effective delivery of our services.

Assist with posting volunteer and team vacancy advertisements.
Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening calls (where assigned).
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
Support the onboarding process, including preparing documentation and arranging system access.
Ensure new volunteers receive SOPs, induction materials, and onboarding information.
Follow established recruitment procedures and workflows.
Prepare and submit weekly recruitment reports to the HR Team Supervisor.

Minimum high school education (college or university-level education preferred).
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or coordination is desirable but not essential.
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) or similar software.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to commit to a minimum of 12 volunteer hours per week.
