A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it), Disability Confident

Supporting customers with promoting independence, encouraging them to carry out daily tasks.
Working with a diverse range of customers who have experience homelessness with a variety of support needs including but not limited to mental/physical health, offending and substance misuse.

Earn £13.45 per hour, £26,300 per annum (pro rota) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan
Rota system with weekend working, one Sunday every two weeks, a mixture of 8-4 & 12-8 shifts during the week.
You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay).
Based at our Wilkinson House service, a 9 bed hostel.
Holding a caseload of customers providing effective support using our support planning model.
