Support the day-to-day running of the shop, assisting the Shop Manager and volunteers.
Contribute to meeting agreed sales targets set by the Shop Manager.
Processing sales.
Provide high-quality customer service.
Actively encourage donors to complete Gift Aid forms for donated items.
Cashing up, banking and completing reconciliation procedures in the Managers absence.
Ensure that all donations are stored and handled using the correct procedures.

Supervisory experience.
Experience of charity retail preferred.
Ability to motivate a team of volunteers.
Deputising, in the absence of the shop manager, to include opening, closing and running of the shop.

We are looking for a part-time Shop Supervisor, who can help us make the most out of every donation, develop a strong community presence and generate vital income for St Nicholas Hospice Care, within Mildenhall.
