- Work within a continuity of care model for a caseload of women.
- Work within the Blossom team to provide Antenatal and Postnatal care within the Community setting within clinics and home visits.
- Demonstrate good time management by working flexibly over the 24hr period providing personalised women/birthing person centered care.
- Support team colleagues in the caring of their caseload.
- Be confident in providing intrapartum care within the home and hospital settings including the birth centre and delivery suite.
- Work closely with the Safeguarding Midwife to safeguard families. This list is not exhaustive and will be subject to periodic review in association with the post-holder.
- Registered Midwife and on NMC register, Minimum of 6 months intrapartum experience, Recent experience working within a Community setting, You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
