Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and introducer satisfaction
Ensure a regular calling plan is executed with your accounts to ensure visibility and support consistently
Arranging business development meetings with prospective introducers
Deliver a clear, decisive way of communicating to adapt solutions for different scenarios and objectives
Act as an internal liaison with key stakeholders to best support the Introducer journey and banks position within the market, This role is positioned within our Home Buying and Ownership team. As a Business Development Manager - Mortgages you will be field based taking responsibility for a number of key relationships in Central London. As the Business Development Manager - Mortgages you will be the first point of contact for introducers who are seeking information on the products and services Bank Of Ireland provides.

Must be experienced in dealing with Mortgage Intermediary products and introducers
Ability to work in London
Good interpersonal & communication skills
