Hexagon Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Admin Person to join a busy transport team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and admin skills who is looking to develop within the transport and logistics sector. Full training will be provided, including bespoke software and transport processes. Main Duties:

Answering incoming customer calls and dealing with customer queries/issues
Acting as the link between customers and the transport department
Updating and managing information using bespoke computer systems
Resolving issues such as rerouting drivers and liaising directly with drivers
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Occasional overtime required (weekdays and Saturdays)

Previous customer service experience
Confident answering calls and speaking with customers
Good basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)
Previous transport experience would be an advantage but is not essential

£12.71 per hour to start
Temp to perm after 12 weeks
Pay increase after 6 months
Full training provided
