Office Administrator - (6 months Fixed Term Contract)

Dental Hygienics is a family-owned customer focused supply, installation and maintenance company. We provide a full range of service and sales to corporate and individual dental practices nationwide. We are a progressive, innovative company and have an ethos of growth and development for all our employees. Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking a full time office administrator in a busy office environment. 

The role

•  Answering phone calls in a professional and confident manner in order to pass the call to the dedicated Account Manager or taking a detailed message for a call back.
• Opening and replying to emails from both customers and colleagues. 
• Interpreting a large volume of engineer reports and entering intricate details into the company’s database.
• Performing accurate data entry, including updating records and databases for customers, financial and ad hoc information.
• Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
• Training will be provided onsite.
• Any other administrative duties as required.

Required Skills

• An excellent telephone manner is essential.
• Previous office experience required
• The candidate must have exceptional attention detail.
• It is vital that the candidate can fit in a small team.
• Degree level education

Salary: circa £25k per annum dependant on experience.
