This post is part of the collaborative Microbes in the Food Chain Institute Strategic Project funded by the BBSRC and led by the Quadram Institute (Biosciences) in Norwich U.K. The successful applicant will be working as part of the Cell Systems Modelling research group, and will involve the development, refinement and analysis of genome scale models of food born pathogens, including Campylobacter, E. coli, Listeria and

• Salmonella using the ScrumPy modelling package.
