LIMS Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a LabWare LIMS implementation within a regulated laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end LabWare LIMS implementation projects, ensuring delivery to time, budget and scope.
Manage project governance, planning, RAID logs, stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Coordinate configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, validation and go-live activities.
Work closely with laboratory, QA, IT and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive business readiness, change management and user adoption.

Essential Experience

Proven track record delivering LabWare LIMS implementation projects.
Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics or life sciences laboratories.
Strong knowledge of system testing, validation, data migration and laboratory workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification desirable.
