Full Job Description

Hartmann Young are working on a confidential search with an innovative UK-based Life Sciences start-up poised for rapid growth across Europe. This dynamic company is now looking to appoint a Business Development Lead to drive new business and strategic partnerships across European markets.
Responsibilities:
+ Generate qualified leads and develop new commercial partnerships across Europe
+ Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
+ Represent the company at relevant industry events and meetings
+ Build and nurture relationships with professionals in pharma, biotech and biopharma companies
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our positioning and offerings
+ Leverage CRM tools for structured outreach and follow-up

+ MSc of PhD in Life Sciences
+ 2-3 years industry experience
+ Ability to navigate and utilise CRM systems
+ Willingness to travel (Up to 50%)
+ Knowledge within the drug discovery space
+ Able to work cross-functionally with technical specialists
+ Proven presentation, teamwork and communication skills
