Full Job Description
- Using recipe cards to deliver a variety of dishes to a high standard.
- Supporting new team members by sharing knowledge and ensuring consistency across kitchen operations.
- Managing deliveries, food orders, and kitchen stock efficiently.
- Maintaining hygiene and safety through daily temperature checks, paperwork, and deep cleans.
- Opportunity to take part in fine dining events at a higher hourly rate.
A culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2, or equivalent).
- A confident, collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility, a proactive mindset, and a passion for producing great food.

We are currently recruiting for four experienced Chefs to join our team at Hartpury, a vibrant site with a strong community feel. This is a full-time, term-time only position (46 working weeks), offering a stable schedule and genuine work-life balance - with no late-night shifts.
What You'll Be Doing, Salary: £30,000 (£14.82/hr)
- Contract: Term-time only - enjoy school holidays off while being paid over 12 months.
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 over 7 days (including some weekends), between 6am-8pm.
