Full Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen to join our successful growing team at Adam's Morey as a Parts Sales Advisor at our site in Nursling. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, 1 in 3 Saturday paid as overtime 8.00 am to 12.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid). Key Responsibilities: Handling external parts sales enquiries with speed and professionalism. Accurately pricing parts and updating internal systems. Building long-term relationships with our valued customers. Liaising with trusted suppliers to ensure the best service. Maintaining high standards in customer service and administration. Driving parts sales growth through excellent product knowledge and sales skills.

At least 2 years' experience in a motor trade parts department. LCV or HGV parts experience is highly desirable. A person with top-tier customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay cool under pressure. Organised, proactive, and driven to meet sales targets.
