Communicator: Clearly explain diagnostics and repairs so customers feel confident and informed
Self-starter: Work independently across multiple locations in all weather conditions
Problem solver: Diagnose and fix a wide range of vehicle issues, roadside or at appointments, NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in a workshop or mobile mechanic environment
Full UK Category B driving licence (maximum 6 points)
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Basic salary: £36,307 - £38,270 (OTE £41,400 - £44,000) depending on experience and qualifications, plus overtime paid at time and a half
