Full Job Description
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount for servicing and popular retailers, as well as a purchase discount scheme, We are seeking a customer service focused Driver to join our Audi store in Plymouth and play a vital role in our day to day operations. Reporting to the Service Manager, this customer facing role will provide assistance to our service operations, and provides you with a varied role where no two days look the same. This role is offered on a permanent, full time basis. Responsibilities
- Collect company and customer vehicles and deliver to required locations for completion of servicing activities
- Provide outstanding customer service when collecting and delivering customer vehicles
- Complete required service paperwork with customers when delivering completed vehicles
- Liaise with Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians to ensure customer vehicles are delivered at appropriate times, and relevant vehicle and service information is relayed to customers
- Complete occasional valeting of customer vehicles as requested
- Ensure driving operations are completed to the highest safety standards and in line with road laws
You will have a full clean UK driving licence, ideally with previous experience as a driver. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills: - A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
- Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes
- Excellent paperwork and IT skills
