We deliver a seamless, fast and trusted solution to these issues., Ashurst Reach are recruiting an experienced lawyer with a strong background in employment, to join a leading legal team on a 9-month contract basis. We are looking for consultant lawyers who can:
- Develop and implement best practice legal strategies for risk management and compliance in employment matters.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to Human Resources and business units on a wide range of employment issues, including recruitment, policy, diversity, change programs, investigations, disputes, compensation, benefits, and pensions.
- Represent the bank in legal proceedings related to employment, such as litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
- Draft, review, and update legal documents, including employee contracts, policies, severance agreements, incentive plans, and pension documentation.
- Develop and deliver training programmes to educate employees on legal and regulatory requirements related to employment, incentives, and pensions. Essential Skills
