Summary
Support Officer - Servicing (Electrics & Assets)
£25,584 - £27,269 per annum (pay award pending)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced candidate to assist in the delivery of an effective housing service by carrying out tasks within the day-to-day delivery of our current electrical inspection and testing team.
Based within the Housing Repairs and Assets team, the post holder will have responsibility for carrying out a variety of clerical functions, invoice matching plus programme planning for the electrical and asset teams.
Experience of planning work digitally (the One Advanced DRS planning software is currently used) would be advantageous along with invoicing, general inputting and telephone duties. You will benefit from flexi-time working around service needs. You must be a great communicator and have a proactive approach towards service and customer delivery.
You will be working as part of a small team within our repairs depot and planning inspection/testing and maintenance for approximately 6300 properties over the Mansfield District.
