The Council is looking for 3 highly motivated Finance Assistants to build on our track record of excellent financial reporting, business partnering and budget management. You will need to help us to ensure our financial controls are working correctly, completing reconciliations, journals and tasks in a timely manner to enable the Accountancy Team Leader and Finance Business Partners to produce accurate budget monitoring reports and statements of accounts.

People who are employed through an employment agency to carry out work at HDC may apply for internal vacancies. The closing date for receipt of completed applications is midday on Monday 9th June. Interviews will be held in the week commencing 16th June. Desirable criteria from the person specification may be used for sifting purposes.

Please include 2 referees, one of which must be your present or most recent employer. Please also provide your present or most recent annual gross salary and required notice period.
