- Sanding faces and edges of panels using a variety of tools such as orbital sanders, edge sanding machines, using a hand held router and feeding panels into an edgebander
- The ability to communicate effectively
- Prioritise and manage your own workload
- Working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Work effectively on your own as well as working as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Thorough attention to detail
