Summary
Emergency Call Operator
26.25hrs per week, Monday- Sunday, shift patterns (6am-2pm / 10am-6pm)
We are looking for an individual to work in the council's busy Emergency Call Centre dealing with varied calls from ASSIST Sheltered housing, lifeline/telecare clients and out of hours enquiries for all council services.
You will be an enthusiastic team player with a minimum of 3 GCSE'S grade A
