Full Job Description
The Customer and Business Support team within the HC/PH Licensing Service is responsible for the provision of all administrative and financial support required in a self funded and regulatory environment. We cover all aspects of communication, procurement, stock, audits, budgeting, invoicing and any other financial or administrative duty that might be required by the service. We provide a flexible and proficient admin and financial service for both generic and service specific requirements. We are looking for a Finance, Procurement and Auditing Officer to join our dedicated team in the HC/PH Licensing department. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city. The main responsibilities of this role:
- To assist in the management of the financial aspects of administering licensing functions, including ensuring the correct fees are levied for expenditure incurred. Complete annual Fees Review, including process of Service, ensuring ongoing time allocated to tasks are within fees legal framework, highlighting any area of concern
- Audit all aspects of Service work, including all roles, checking compliance with processes, policies & procedures.
- Organising your own workload and working to deadlines, you will contribute to service improvement planning and undertake project work, using your own initiative, taking ownership to solve and respond to problems.
