Contract Dates: Up until Sunday 4th OctoberAbout the RoleWe're looking for a dependable Resorts Driver to support the local council in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming resort areas across Lyme Regis and West Bay. This outdoor role includes driving a council vehicle and carrying out a range of tasks to keep public spaces tidy for residents and visitors throughout the busy season.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive a council 3.5T vehicle to complete daily routes across resort areas

Collect, empty, and check wheelie bins and outlying bins
Litter picking, sweeping, weeding, and general grounds maintenance
Reporting hazards, damaged bins, or maintenance issues
Transporting waste to appropriate disposal sites
Maintaining vehicle and equipment cleanliness
Engaging politely with the public when required
Following all safety procedures and daily schedulesWorking Pattern4 on / 2 off rota
Shifts vary between 06:00 and 19:00, depending on location (West Bay or Lyme Regis) and seasonal demand
Weekend and Bank Holiday working required

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather
