Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff. The role involves maintaining a variety of high-end properties, ensuring all gardens and green spaces are kept to an exceptional standard.,
- General grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning
- Safe and effective use of gardening tools and machinery (e.g. lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers)
- Working independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled tasks
- Communicating professionally with residents, clients, and property managers
- Ensuring a tidy, safe, and organised working environment
- Carrying out planting, weeding, and other seasonal horticultural duties (plant knowledge is advantageous but not essential)
- Taking pride in delivering high-quality, well-finished work
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar gardening or grounds maintenance role - A full UK driving licence and experience operating vans
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual work in all weather conditions
- Good time management and the ability to work well under pressure
- A friendly and approachable manner, with confidence in dealing with residents and clients
- A team-oriented approach and a desire to develop professionally within the company
