Full Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Team Member/Groundskeeper to help keep our park in pristine condition and ensure our guests have an unforgettable holiday experience. If you're handy, hardworking, and love working outdoors, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities include:
Maintain and landscape all grounds, including grass, hedges, gardens, and play areas.
Keep public areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Carry out minor repairs to holiday accommodations, including plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrics.
Assist with siting and de-siting caravans and lodges.
Operate and maintain tools, mowers, and other equipment safely.
Ensure paths, patios, and decking areas are well-maintained.
Work closely with housekeeping and reception teams to keep the park running smoothly.
Previous experience in a groundskeeping or maintenance role (or a willingness to learn).
Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, and landscaping.
A valid driving licence (essential).
A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Experience in caravan siting (desirable but not essential).
Hours are variable depending on arrivals and departures due each week., Disability Confident
