Pay Rate: £26,650 pa Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday - Friday (0500-1300 and 1100-1900 - 2 weeks on each of these shifts) Location:Ebbw - NP23 8XF Take the next step in your career as a Transport Administrator with TradeTeam in Ebbw Vale, where your organisational kills will drive efficiency and excellence in logistics! WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

  • Be the go-to person for drivers and team members, solving problems and answering questions as they come up.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate transport documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and compliance paperwork.
  • Organise and coordinate transport schedules to ensure deliveries are on time and routes are efficient.

  • Previous experience of data input and admin duties
