Full Job Description
This role is 30 hours a week, Mon-Fri and is based at Covercroft, Droitwich. We have processes in place that support flexible working requests., A typical day as an administrator may involve: Maintaining patient records effectively and accurately General office duties such as typing, scanning, photocopying, printing Scheduling appointments/ meetings Composing and sending correspondence to a wide range of individuals Handling queries over the telephone and face to face from staff, patients, and external agencies Handling queries over emailing and monitoring the Teams shared inbox Assisting the team with various administrative tasks Minuting a wide variety of meetings
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for healthcare? Were seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable administrator to be part of the Complex Needs Service (CNS) in Worcestershire. CNS is a specialist service offering treatment for adults with Complex Emotional and Relational Needs across the county. In this important role, you'll use your knowledge, experience & expertise to provide essential admin support to the team. No NHS experience required, but a non-judgemental attitude, a passion for excellent patient care and being a team-player is a must. You will be a strong communicator, supporting patients, families and professionals. You will need to be responsive and adaptable to the needs of the service.
