Full Job Description

Reporting into the HR Lead, this role is responsible for day-to-day HR administration for multiple Ingersoll Rand sites in the UK. The successful candidate will provide a HR support service, ensuring requirements are met in terms of both quantity, quality and ensuring deadlines are met at all times., · Provide a professional administrative service covering the full employee life cycle, including employment contracts, contract changes, recruitment, time and attendance, onboarding & offboarding via DocuSign

· Create and maintain employee records via the HR database system (Success Factors)

· Run and maintain monthly reports i.e. absence management, Bradford Factor, headcount and data audits

· Maintain administrative systems and procedures for the effective management of employee benefits i.e. Westfield Health, Cycle Scheme and Private Medical Insurance

· Support UK&I HR ad-hoc projects

· Administrative experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems

· Ethical, confidential and empathetic

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills

· Ability and flexibility to travel to other site locations to attend team meetings with occasional overnight stays.
