Opening post, sorting, scanning, separating original documents and distributing mail from the digital mailroom tool
Processing outgoing post including letters and parcels, using Royal Mail PPI system, Click & Drop or couriers as appropriate
Referencing documents against Salesforce and all legacy systems
Dealing with colleague queries on mailroom queries
Monitoring incoming emails
Greeting clients and visitors, maintaining a professional approach
Accepting/processing client documentation
Certifying ID documents
General admin duties
Receiving deliveries into the office and distributing accordingly
Providing refreshments for clients and meetings
Covering holidays and sickness of team members
Arranging courier/parcel deliveries and collection when required
