Full Job Description

As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will rotate through four core departments, gaining valuable hands on experience:

  • Stock Control: Learn how we manage thousands of precision parts to ensure smooth operations and inventory flow.
  • Purchasing: Support in sourcing the components and materials essential to building and maintaining our world-class competition cars.
  • Sales: Assist with processing customer orders and supporting our global customer base.
  • Accounts: Gain insight into financial processes, invoicing, and the commercial functions that keep our motorsport business running.

    M-Sport UK Ltd are looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
  • A confident communicator with superb telephone etiquette.
  • Computer literate with good MS Office skills.
  • A collaborative problem-solver who builds trust-based relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Preferred Experience (not essential)
  • Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with stock control systems., Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above
