QHSE Administrator
Location: Foston, Derbyshire

About the Role
Pertemps Recruitment is currently recruiting for a QHSE Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their career within Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental (QHSE) and Facilities.

Working closely with the Site QHSE Compliance, Facilities & Training Manager, you will provide essential administrative support while helping to maintain compliance, safety standards, and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Update, organise and maintain QHSE documentation, records and filing systems.
Complete and support routine site compliance checks, including daily, weekly and monthly fire safety inspections.
Assist with annual emergency lighting checks and workplace noise surveys.
Investigate facilities maintenance requests and gather the required information to raise repair jobs.
Coordinate contractor visits and maintain relevant documentation.
Support the QHSE and Facilities team with day-to-day requests and administrative tasks.
Carry out site checks across office, warehouse and yard areas.
Ensure records are accurately maintained and available for audit purposes.

What We're Looking For

Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience within QHSE, Health & Safety, Compliance, Facilities or Administration is advantageous.
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office packages.

PPE RequirementsAs this role involves working in warehouse and yard areas, candidates must wear:

Safety boots
High-visibility vest
