Full Job Description
The work pattern is Monday - Friday, 06:00-14:00.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Inventory Controller, you will undertake the recording and distribution of data and information through manual and systemized processes whilst ensuring high standards are met. You will work closely with operational management teams to ensure stock issues logged and resolved efficiently, whilst providing a positive attitude to problem solving and KPI achievement.
You will carry out cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, with the use of MHE as part of daily tasks, so being comfortable driving is important. You will also support other areas when required and take part in stock investigations to help resolve any discrepancies.
You will handle incoming and outgoing calls in relation to stock whilst maintaining office control and filling systems that relate to admin inventory support.
In addition to the above you will also form an excellent working relationship with the senior team and client providing clear insights and reports into stock integrity.
To be successful in your application, you will have proven administrative experience ideally within a stock control environment and able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards problem solving and customer centricity. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with exceptional numeracy and data accuracy skills. Experience in using a WMS is essential. If you don't already have an MHE licence, full training and certification will be provided.
