Full Job Description
Responsibilities and Tasks: to attend and support meetings of all committees of the Governing Body when requested to do so; to assist the Governing body in the preparation of the Annual Report to Parents and Annual Parents' Meeting; to set up Governors' hearings, interviews and appeal committees; to advise the Governing Body on law, standing orders and procedural matters where necessary during the meeting; to advise the Governing Body on where to obtain relevant advice and information.
Previous school administrator experience and knowledge of Sims would be beneficial. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In addition to the School Administrator role, you would also be required to fulfil the Clerk to the Governing Body role. to maintain relevant files and records of correspondence and documents.
