What will I be doing?

We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing an accurate, effective and efficient administrative service, has a positive attitude and can work both independently and as part of a team. The post holder will be engaged in ensuring efficient and effective administration processes are utilised to support the College, working closely with the Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator and college admin team.

The successful candidate will be confident in all forms of communication, proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel etc) and able to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally to represent the College.

Our preferred working pattern is 08:30 to 12:15, Monday to Thursday, and 08:30 to 12:00 on Friday. We can also consider other working arrangements within the 18.5 hours per week, so please include your preferred pattern in your personal statement.
