Full Job Description
Act as the first point of contact for all FM-related customer service needs
Support stakeholder engagement and communication
Manage the FM Webdesk-progressing, monitoring, and closing work orders
Coordinate office moves, deliveries, and meeting room setups with the FM Support team
Monitor shared mailboxes and prioritise tasks accordingly
Assist in audits and inspections (Health & Safety, cleaning standards, etc.)
Support contract administration for suppliers (utilities, cleaning, waste, security)
Handle finance admin: invoices, purchase orders, service charges, and recharges
Maintain accurate records and dashboards to track performance
Create clear documentation, spreadsheets, and meeting notes
Tackle ad-hoc tasks as required
We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Facilities Operations Officer to join us on an interim basis and keep our services running smoothly. You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative group that thrives under pressure, shares knowledge, and works quickly and effectively., Proven success in a similar facilities operations role
Strong written and numerical skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and WordPress
Meticulous attention to detail and superb organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Please Note: This is a customer-facing role, and you will be expected to be onsite at Guildhall every working day during the assignment.
