Full Job Description
To be an effective member of the Administration team, by contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Gwynedd Flying Start Team within Blaenau Ffestiniog by working efficiently to service and BCUHB policies. Ensure that departmental objectives are delivered in an accurate, timely and effective manner.
First point of contact for the Health Team by telephone, e-mail, internal correspondence and for all visitors to the department.
Operate the office equipment, photocopier, labellers, laminator, printers, computers and various software programs, especially the traceability system., To provide efficient clerical support to members of the department including the transcribing of minutes, letters, memos, photocopying, filing, faxing and monitoring of stock levels. To provide cover of other administration duties during periods of annual leave, sickness as directed by management. Support with the preparation of qualitative and quantitative data used for Gwynedd Flying Start reports using the Microsoft 365 package and other electronic applications.
Maintain comprehensive computerised and manual filing system, ensuring information is recorded and stored appropriately. Data inputting duties to ensure maintenance of accurate databases and quality records.
