Full Job Description
Main Job Purpose
Provide administrative services to the community advisors within the Carers Matter Norfolk (adult Contract). Purchasing orders, consulting with carers around delivery of items, communicating with the community advisors relating to assistive technology, liaising with Bridges and Norfolk County Council.
Main Duties
To:
- Purchase ordering of assistive technology equipment & consulting with the community team, around equipment, supplies and delivery times.
- Consult with Norfolk County Council to ensure effective updates regarding the assistive technology purchases.
- Keeping accurate records on salesforce.
- General Administrative tasks relating to the CMN (Adults) team, which include minute taking, and reviewing of expense claims.
- Purchasing items for carers such as household appliances, and smaller equipment which will have a positive impact on their caring role. Along with household items there will be purchasing of gift vouchers for wellbeing.
