Location: Pencoed

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay Rate: £14.29 per hour

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Systems Administrator to join our client's team on a 6 month temporary contract.

You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of business systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity and compliance with organisational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain business-critical systems and associated data.
Configure, update and amend system records in line with business requirements.
Verify the accuracy and integrity of data entered into operational systems.
Manage system changes and maintain supporting documentation.
Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system updates.
Perform quality assurance and validation checks to ensure compliance with internal standards.
Investigate and resolve data and system-related issues.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance.
Work collaboratively with operational, quality, planning and technical teams.
Provide support and guidance to users on business applications where required.

About YouThe successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a business systems administration, data administration or systems support role.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Experience maintaining accurate data and ensuring system integrity.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
Good IT skills and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
