Creating and maintaining great places to live and work delivered by excellent people who care… Purpose of Role Are you a driven and organised FM professional looking to play a pivotal role in a high-profile public sector contract? We're seeking a Quality & Performance Manager to join our team in Bridgend, supporting the Welsh Government's Economy and Infrastructure (E&I) portfolio., As the Quality & Performance Manager, you will act as the interface between management and the operational delivery teams-including engineers, helpdesk, HSE, and sustainability. You'll ensure our compliance, performance, and reporting are consistently high-quality, and will play a central role in driving contract success. Responsibilities
- Support operational teams to meet contractual deliverables and performance KPIs.
- Liaise with helpdesk, engineers, compliance, and sustainability teams to align day-to-day activity with strategic goals.
- Own and manage CAFM system accuracy and reporting, producing insights that support performance improvement.
- Oversee audit and reporting cycles, ensuring documentation, compliance data and outputs are up to date and client-ready.
- Work closely with HSE and compliance leads to embed best practice across the contract.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of efficient systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the wider business to ensure local delivery aligns with national policy and procedure.
Experience in a similar FM, contract support, or quality/performance role. - Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage varied stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Concerto, or similar).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of statutory compliance and facilities maintenance operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
