Full Job Description
You'll work closely with the Accounts Payable Property Coordinators to maintain an audit of rental invoices within the system, ensuring VAT invoices are received from landlords and matched to lease-agreed payments for effective VAT reclaims. Your attention to detail will be key as you ensure accurate and timely processing of transactional data through the finance systems, all within the agreed SLA's.
You'll handle customer queries with ease, perform reconciliations and manage finance administrative duties to assist with invoice payments. Plus, you'll support property surveyors with processing insurance ad hoc costs, and legal and professional fees related to stores.
Your daily routine includes logging and reconciling invoices from the payment cycles, responding to customer emails and producing payment runs to ensure accurate bank submissions. You'll manage the workload effectively, making sure we have enough resources to get the tasks done. You'll dive into ad hoc activities and projects as needed, and cross train with other teams to keep things seamless. Monitoring and chasing missing VAT invoices from payments made to ensure VAT is reclaimed correctly will be another part of this role.
You'll bring excellent organisational qualities, strong attention to detail and the ability to process a high volume of work with accuracy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining the highest standards, this role could be for you. Be part of our success in delivering top-notch financial services.
This role closes on 11th June 2025; however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. Apply now - you'll be pleased that you did.
