We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Assistant Management Accountant to join us. You'll pay a key role in supporting the management accounts, budgeting and business development - ensuring accurate reporting and helping drive strategic decisions. Rota: Monday - Friday.   Are you a detailed-orientated Finance professional looking to grow your career whilst making a meaningful impact in your local community? • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Capable of working collaboratively as well as independently, AAT Level 2 qualification and working towards Level 3 (essential) but it would be highly desirable to have the AAT Level 4 qualification (or working towards this), Disability Confident
