Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Finance Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in finance and accounting within a supportive and professional environment.,
- Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records
- Process invoices and expense claims
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
- Maintain filing systems for financial documents
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus but not essential Desirable Qualifications:
- At least a year's experience in a Finance Assistant role
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
