Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the collection of debt and cash management for a portfolio of clients. The primary role function will be maximising cash collections from clients by speaking directly to the clients to build a strong working relationship. As a Credit Controller with IWS Water Hygiene, you will work closely with the account management team to ensure queries are dealt with quickly. The role also includes the generation of monthly statements as well as cash allocation and reconciliations, and general administration.

• Minimum two years' experience in all aspects of a busy commercial credit control function
• Strong and flexible team player supporting fellow members when required
• Experience working with sales ledgers
• The position requires the successful candidate to possess a strong, confident phone manner
• Ability to manage own workload
• Confident administrator and maintenance or key records
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Microsoft packages specifically Excel to intermediate level
