Full Job Description
- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned entities, ensuring compliance with Hologic's accounting policies and relevant standards (e.g., US GAAP).
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement to support decision-making. Internal Controls & SOX Compliance
- Playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing the internal control environment.
- Performing control activities, documenting processes, and supporting internal and external SOX audits. VAT and Intrastat Submission
- Assisting with VAT and Intrastat submissions, with training provided by our in-house VAT specialists. Process Improvement
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and reporting for the assigned entities. Data Analysis & Advanced Excel
- Leveraging advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) to manipulate, analyse, and present large datasets efficiently for financial reporting.
