Has experience across Post-16, Secondary, Primary or EYFS settings.

Is resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with children.
Is willing to undertake ongoing professional development, including Team Teach and First Aid training.
Experience working with pupils with Communication & Interaction Difficulties.
A qualification in Special Educational Needs.
Experience in line management.
A sense of humour and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
Experience of teaching at a special school setting (desirable)
Evidence of being an excellent classroom teacher (essential)
Ambition to teach special education to the highest level (essential)
