Full Job Description

In these instances, and those alike, it will be your responsibility to ensure that these are reported on in a manner that's in accordance with relevant policies.In addition, you'll process payment of orders/invoices and assist the Board Manager to administer and monitor allocated financial cost centres, monitor budgets, and report discrepancies. Utilising telephone communicates and e-mail, you'll deal with complex customer enquiries and point customers in the right direction of those they need. As and when directed, you'll also communicate more widely through our intranet and internet sites where relevant, producing and circulating updates, notices and learning materials.What you'll needAs someone with experience in an carrying
out administrative takes, you'll have excellent minute-taking skills and the ability to support meetings. You'll showcase a good understanding of the importance of customer care and be a confident communicator who can utilise good verbal and written communication skills to share information. As an analytical thinker, you'll be able to use your own initiative and have confidence in your own convictions when resolving and responding to a variety of enquiries. With strong organisational skills, you'll be able to work under pressure, ensuring telephone enquiries and e-mails are answered in an efficient manner. Due to the nature of this role, you'll have proficient IT skills to carry out general administrative tasks, maintain records and databases and produce simple reports to aid service delivery.
