What You'll Do

At Webbs Estate Agents, we're not just another agency - we're the superheroes of the property world! Specialising in lettings and property management, we're all about providing top-notch service to landlords and tenants alike. And guess what? We're big fans of the Government Apprenticeship Programme, so you know you're in good hands.

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you'll be right in the thick of things, learning the ropes from our seasoned pros. Daily duties will include:

Fielding enquiries via phone and email
Scheduling appointments
Keeping our databases and customer records in shipshape
Filing
Travel between branches and customer homes will become part of the role as you progress

You'll be the glue that holds our office together.

All we ask is that you bring your A-game - strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a can-do attitude are a must. Oh, and a love for all things property-related wouldn't hurt either!

Training Outcome

Webbs are looking to build a team, and you will have a permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship and the option to progress within the organisation to become a letting agent.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm, every other Saturday (with a full day off in lieu for each Saturday worked).
