We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager who enjoys working collaboratively, developing teams and building positive client relationships., We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, developing others and building positive relationships, alongside:
Previous experience in a Contract Manager or senior leadership role within highways or civil engineering
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial management
Experience leading multiple projects and teams
Excellent communication, planning and relationship-building skills
A good understanding of health, safety and quality requirements
Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office
HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card
Full UK driving licence
