Behaviour and Pastoral Support Officer

Hours: 36 hours per week; term time only (39 weeks per year)
Location: Brampton Manor Academy
Starting salary (actual): £28,068 per annum (higher salary may be available for an exceptional candidate with significant relevant experience)
safeguard and promote the welfare of all students within the assigned year group
monitor and improve pupil attendance, punctuality, behaviour and engagement with learning
provide pastoral support and intervention for individual students and groups of students
work closely with parents, external agencies and school staff to remove barriers to learning
support the implementation of the school's behaviour, attendance and safeguarding policies
all students can thrive and achieve success with the right support
