Salary: Band E (NJC 12-15) Actual Salary: £20,482 - £21,503. Contract: Permanent, All Year Round. Hours: 26.5 hours per week - annualised hours over evenings and weekends to fit in with the school and lettings opening times as below:

Winter working hours: Monday to Wednesday 16:30 to 21:30, Friday 16:30 to 20:30 and Sunday 08:30 to 16:30.
Summer working hours: Monday to Wednesday 16:30 to 21:30, Friday 16:30 to 20:30 and Sunday 08:30 to 13:30.
Managing all lettings bookings and providing a professional, customer-focused service.
Developing and promoting the school's facilities to increase lettings, community engagement and income, facilities include;
Coordinating the preparation of facilities and supporting the smooth delivery of out-of-hours events, including school events.
Ensuring facilities are health & safety compliant, secure, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
Supporting and coordinating the Lettings Team to ensure effective day-to-day service delivery.
Automatic enrolment to the West Yorkshire Pension Fund.
