Nova Training Kidderminster Centre has a great opportunity for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join their dedicated and growing team, while completing a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. You will be supporting a team of managers and teaching staff with all administrative tasks. Covering reception duties.

What You'll Do

Collaborating directly with staff, professionals, and parents
Learner attendance
Managing new client enquiries, logging information, checking availability, organising viewings, and following up
Handling correspondence, drafting routine letters, typing reports, minutes, spreadsheets, etc.
Managing confidential learner information
Maintaining up-to-date organisational charts
Performing telephone and reception duties, taking messages
Ordering and distributing deliveries
Assisting in organising company events
Keeping records up to date and compliant

Training Outcome

After successful completion of the apprenticeship, possible opportunity for a fixed-term contract within the company
