As Subject Leader of Economics, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the department. You will:

Lead curriculum planning, assessment and high-quality teaching across Key Stages.
Model excellent practice through your own teaching.
Support the Faculty Leader with the effective day to day operation of the faculty.
Use data effectively to monitor progress and secure strong outcomes for all learners.
Promote equality, inclusion and high expectations across the subject.
Support, hold accountable, lead, manage and develop Faculty staff.
